About Us

Adam Wood is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene with a lifelong passion for music and ministry. A veteran of the Nashville music industry throughout the 2000s, he brings a well-rounded approach to artist development, music creation, and marketing. His experience spans songwriting, production, and strategic promotion, giving him a unique ability to guide artists and organizations from concept to impactful release.

In addition to his ministry and industry work, Adam is the founder of Autism and Faith, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to equipping churches to better understand and support individuals with autism and other neurodivergence. The organization was inspired by Adam’s own journey as the father of Klayton, whose story continues to shape and fuel his mission.

Adam is also one half of the Christian rock duo Brightstar, where he combines his love for music and ministry to create songs that speak hope, resilience, and unity to listeners everywhere.

Jessi Enyiaku is a dynamic leader with a passion for connecting people and amplifying important causes. Not a stranger to the business world, she brings a strong background in relationship-building, strategic outreach, and raising awareness for organizations and initiatives she believes in. Jessi also serves as President of Autism and Faith, Inc., where she helps churches and communities better understand and support individuals with autism and other neurodivergence.

Beyond her leadership work, Jessi’s heart beats for ministry. She loves to lead worship, proclaim the message of Jesus, and invest time in discipling and encouraging others. A devoted mother, she treasures spending time with her children and modeling a life of faith and service.
